Thank you for the time and hospitality given to me as we discussed your janitorial needs. I was pleased to submit my proposal to you, and I am confident that we could establish a beneficial and lasting relationship.

Let me take this time to point out certain special routines developed by Company Name. As stated in the service agreement, the routine cleaning is done on a nightly basis, but extra service is provided for such things as cleaning interior and exterior areas of entrance doors. Spot cleaning of carpet and glass.

Disinfecting the telephones and wiping fingerprints from around light switches. Every week, picture frames and tops of file cabinets are dusted and doors are wiped for fingerprints.

These areas are usually overlooked or totally neglected by most janitorial services. We strive to do the small things so you will be pleased with our cleaning service and our price is guaranteed for at least one (1) full year.

Be assured that we have bid to do the entire job every night.

If we are not selected as your cleaning service at this time, than I hope things work out well for you with the cleaning service you have chosen.

In any event, please keep me on file, as I would still like to be considered for this position at a future time.

My service agreement is based solely on performance for your behalf, and you will see the difference in your office if we are given the opportunity to clean it.
