The Estimating Guide For Your House Cleaning Business

The following is a suggested price guide. This information should be used as an estimated guide to calculate your total price per cleaning.

In general: charge $10 dollars per room. Any size or type of room… bathroom, kitchen, dining room, den, living room , bedroom, etc.

Other small area’s of a home such as half bathrooms, hallways, stairs, laundry rooms, etc./ charge $5 dollars.

Here are some examples:

Home A:

5 bedrooms- $10 dollars each = $50 3 bathrooms-$10 dollars each = $30 half bath (toilet & sink) = $ 5 living room = $10 dining room = $10 kitchen = $10 family room = $10 tiled hallway = $ 5 office = $10 __________ TOTAL PRICE $ 140 dollars

Home B:

3 bedrooms - $10 dollars each = $30 1 bathroom =$10 half bath (toilet & sink) = $ 5 living room =$10 kitchen =$10 family room = $10 _________ TOTAL PRICE $ 75 dollars

Home C:

2 bedrooms - $10 dollars each=$20 1 bathroom = $10 living room = $ 10 kitchen = $10 _________ TOTAL PRICE $50 dollars
